What happens
《올드 미스 다이어리》는 2004년 11월 22일부터 2005년 11월 4일까지 방영된 한국방송공사 일일시트콤으로, 일상 노처녀 생활과 그 주위 인물을 현실과 비슷하게 그려냈다. 동명의 영화가 제작되었으며, 시트콤과 극장판의 등장 인물은 거의 비슷하게 나오며, 시트콤은 세 여자친구를 중심이었다면 극장판은 최미자(예지원 분)와 지피디(지현우 분)가 중심으로 주변 인물들을 그리고 있으며 SBS가 해당 프로그램과 비슷한 형태의 시트콤 <싱글즈>를 2004년 상반기 편성할 예정이었지만 여러가지 사정 때문에 단 1회분도 촬영이 되지 않아 편성 무산됐고 이 과정에서 계약에 따라 <싱글즈> 주역이었던 이영자 김원희 엄정화 최화정 이들 네 사람이 네 사람이 다른 프로그램에 출연하거나 출연료 전액을 반환키로 했지만 캐릭터에 적합한 프로그램 제작에 실패했다. 이에 <싱글즈> 제작사 김종학프로덕션은 김원희 등에게 출연료를 돌려줄 것을 수 차례 요구했지만 아무런 답변을 내지 않았고 2009년 9월 11일 서울중앙지법에 "김원희 최화정씨는 우리(김종학프로덕션)가 지급한 출연료 2억 4000만원을 돌려줘야 한다"며 부당이득금 반환 소송을 냈다.
