El programa de Ana Rosa, comúnmente abreviado como El programa de AR o simplemente AR, es un magacín matinal producido por Unicorn Content y Mediaset España para Telecinco. El formato, presentado por Ana Rosa Quintana, se estrenó el 10 de enero de 2005 y se emite de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 12:30. El 11 de septiembre de 2023, el programa fue sustituido por La mirada crítica, con Ana Terradillos, y Vamos a ver, con Joaquín Prat. Este hecho se debió a la llegada de TardeAR a las tardes de Telecinco, de la mano de Ana Rosa Quintana, una semana después.
