What happens
דרוש מנהיג היא תוכנית טלוויזיה מסוגת תוכניות המציאות. התוכנית שודרה בשנת 2005 בערוץ 2 על ידי הזכיינית טלעד. בתוכנית, בהנחייתו של קובי מידן, התמודדו 12 אנשים בעלי רקע של מעורבות חברתית המבצעים משימות מנהיגות חברתית שונות. בכל תוכנית חולקו המתמודדים לשתי קבוצות שמתחרות אחת בשנייה, ובסוף כל פרק, הקבוצה המפסידה הייתה צריכה לבחור את האדם שהכי פחות תרם לה. כמקובל בתוכניות מסוגה זו, עוזב אחד המתמודדים (מתוך שניים שמועלים ל"ועדת הדחה") את התוכנית לאחר דיון ב"פורום המנהיגות" בראשות התעשיין בני גאון (שכולל בכל פרק אורחים מקרב בכירי התעשייה, הביטחון, הכלכלה התרבות והחברה בישראל). בסוף עונת השידורים קיבל המנהיג שנבחר סך של 5 מיליון ש"ח מקרן סאקט"א רש"י, כדי להגשים חזון חברתי אותו הציג בפרק הראשון של התוכנית. התוכנית זכתה למדרוג (רייטינג) ממוצע של 9%.
