בנות הייתה תוכנית טלוויזיה יומית אקטואלית בפורמט פאנל שיחתי, ששודרה מ-5 בפברואר 2006 ועד 2007 בערוץ הוט 3 של חברת הטלוויזיה בכבלים HOT. בתוכנית מנהלות המנחות, נשים מוכרות מתחומי הבידור, התרבות והתקשורת הישראליים, שיחה מתמשכת על ענייני השעה - אקטואליה, תרבות, בידור, סגנון חיים ויחסים - מנקודות מבט שונות. במהלך התוכנית היו פינות שונות, ומדי יום רביעי התארחה בה דמות מוכרת. בין אורחות התוכנית היו איריס קול, נורית גפן, גלית גיאת, גילה אלמגור, אורלי וילנאי פדרבוש, יעל דן, אסתי זקהיים ודפנה רכטר. התוכנית קיבלה חסות מסחרית מחברת מוצרי הצריכה השוטפים "פרוקטר אנד גמבל", ומחברת האופנה " קרייזי ליין".
