יום בחיי היא תוכנית דוקו-ריאליטי ודוקו-סלב ישראלית ששודרה במשך שבע עונות, בין השנים 2007-2016. ב-HOT בידור ישראלי, ומתעדת את חייהם של ידוענים ישראלים תוך הצגת סדר יומם. ב-1 ביולי 2018 הסדרה עלתה ב-Kidz ללקוחות HOT. החל מה-8 ביולי 2018 משודרת ב-KidZ ללקוחות yes. משודרת גם בערוץ HOT Real, המשדר את רוב תוכניות הדוקו-ריאליטי של HOT.
