Il sangue e la rosa è una miniserie televisiva, prodotta da Janus International per Mediaset. La regia è di Salvatore Samperi, Luigi Parisi, Luciano Odorisio. La sceneggiatura è di Teodosio Losito, Valentina Capecchi e Luigi Montefiori. Il protagonista è Gabriel Garko con la partecipazione straordinaria di Alessandra Martines, Ornella Muti, Virna Lisi e Giancarlo Giannini. La fiction è ispirata in parte al libro I misteri di Parigi, in parte alla saga cinematografica di Angelica marchesa degli Angeli. Isabella Orsini per la sua Isabella si è ispirata anche al personaggio di Rossella O'Hara di Via col vento.
