What happens
Suomen Pelkokerroin oli Solar Televisionin tuottama suomalainen versio Pelkokertoimesta. Ohjelman juontajana toimi Aleksi Valavuori. Ensimmäinen tuotantokausi alkoi 13. syyskuuta 2008 Nelosella. Toinen tuotantokausi alkoi 14. maaliskuuta 2009. Jokaisessa jaksossa oli kuusi kilpailijaa ja kolme tehtävää, jotka mittasivat kilpailijoiden pelkojen rajoja. Pääpalkinto oli 10 000 euroa.
