Torn is a 2021 American documentary film by photographer and explorer Max Lowe, son of the late climber Alex Lowe, who explored his father's high-profile mountain climbing death on the Himalayan peak, Mount Shishapangma, in 1999. His body was discovered in 2016, 17 years after his death. The film had its world premiere at the 2021 Telluride Film Festival and was released in the US on December 3, 2021.
