『Phantom 〜Requiem for the Phantom〜』（ファントム レクイエム・フォー・ザ・ファントム）は、ニトロプラスのアダルトゲーム『Phantom -PHANTOM OF INFERNO-』を原作としたテレビアニメで、同社の10周年記念プロジェクト作品でもある。 2009年4月から9月までテレビ東京系で放送された。また、テレビアニメの放送に先がけて漫画版が『月刊コミックアライブ』で連載していた。 全26話、原作でシナリオを担当した虚淵玄も本編の脚本に参加するなど、2004年発売のOVA版『Phantom -PHANTOM THE ANIMATION-』よりオリジナルを尊重した内容となっている。 (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
