Stand Up Comedy Indonesia (SUCI) adalah ajang kompetisi lawakan tunggal atau stand up comedy yang diikuti oleh pelawak tunggal berbakat melalui hasil seleksi dari seluruh wilayah di Indonesia yang diselenggarakan oleh Kompas TV. Acara ini berbeda dengan Stand Up Comedy Show yang ditayangkan oleh Metro TV yang berformat entertainment show. Dengan tagline "Let's Make Laugh!", acara kompetisi ini merupakan kompetisi stand up comedy pertama di Indonesia yang disiarkan oleh stasiun televisi. Oleh karena itu, acara ini juga dianggap sebagai tolok ukur pencapaian karier tertinggi bagi mayoritas pelawak tunggal khususnya pelawak tunggal di seluruh Indonesia apabila bisa tampil sebagai kontestan/finalis di acara kompetisi ini dan sebagai acuan bagi acara pada stasiun TV lain dengan format serupa.
