תנוחי היא דרמה קומית יומית ישראלית בת 50 פרקים, ששודרה ב-HOT3 החל מ-14 באפריל 2012 עד 26 ביוני באותה שנה. הסדרה נוצרה על ידי אורי גרוס ותסריטאיה הם גרוס עצמו, שירי ארצי, יונתן קוניאק ורז יובן. במרכז העלילה נמצאות חמש נשים, והסדרה עוקבת אחרי חברותן, הקשיים שבהם הן נתקלות והנעשה בסביבתן. הדמויות הראשיות בסדרה זו נלקחו כקרוסאובר מסדרות טלוויזיה אחרות - "רמת אביב גימל", "פיק אפ", "השיר שלנו" ו"חשופים". גם חלק מהדמויות המשניות נלקחו מסדרות טלוויזיה אחרות, וסדרות נוספות, כגון "מחוברות" או "הישרדות", מוזכרות במהלך העלילה. לפיכך הצופים פוגשים בסדרה זו נושאים המוכרים להם היטב מהעולם הטלוויזיוני.
