מקס ומוזה היא סדרת טלוויזיה ישראלית לילדים, מסוגת קומדיה מוזיקלית-חינוכית, אשר בוימה על ידי אהרן קפלן ונכתבה על ידי אורי ישראלי בהשראת 20 שירי ילדות שהולחנו על ידי רמי קלינשטיין למילותיה של רחלי שביט. הסדרה, הכוללת עונה אחת בעלת 20 פרקים באורך 15 דקות, שודרה לראשונה בערוץ לוגי למנויי HOT ב-2 באוקטובר 2012 והסתיימה באותה שנה. הסדרה צולמה באולפני הרצליה, כאשר התפאורה שלה עוצבה על ידי בתיה סגל-פיק ומיכאל פיק.
