Kaappaus keittiössä on suomalainen ruoka-aiheinen viihdeohjelma, jota esitettiin seitsemän tuotantokauden ajan MTV3-kanavalla vuosina 2013–2021. Sarjan neljännen tuotantokauden esittäminen alkoi 15. tammikuuta 2018. Ohjelmassa Kari Aihinen vierailee viikoittain yhdessä suomalaisessa perheessä laittamassa heidän ruoka-asiansa kuntoon. Seitsemäs tuotantokausi alkoi syyskuussa 2021.Vuoden 2024 keväällä ilmoitettiin, että sarja tulee saamaan jatkoa lokakuussa Nelosella, uudella nimellä "Kapen keittiökaappaus".
