פצועים בראש היא סדרת טלוויזיה ישראלית מסוגת דרמת מתח פרי יצירתם של גיא עמיר וחנן סביון. הסדרה שודרה החל מ-12 ביוני 2013 ועד לסיומה ב-17 במרץ 2016 במשך 2 עונות ו-17 פרקים (9 בראשונה ו-8 בשנייה) בחברת HOT, בערוץ הוט 3 יוצרי הסדרה הם גם השחקנים הראשיים בסדרה. הסדרה עוקבת אחרי קורות שני חברים יוצאי יחידה מובחרת, יקי וסער, אשר מגיעים מרקעים שונים. אירוע משמעותי בעברם מעלה אותם על מסלול התנגשות מסוכן. הסדרה מציגה את הפשטות והבנאליות בה מתפתחים סכסוכים לכדי אירועי אלימות ופשע, ואת ההתנגשות בין לקיחת החוק בידיים ונקמה עצמאית בפושעים, לבין עשיית הצדק בדרכים החוקיות שלעיתים מתגלות כאיטיות ובלתי יעילות. ישנו "אזכור נסתר" לסדרה הזאת בסדרת הדרמה הקודמת של הזוג, "עספור". בפרק השני של העונה השנייה בסדרה "עספור" חנן מכנה קבוצת מתאגרפים "פצועים בראש", וגיא שואל אותו מה זה פצועים בראש. ב-2013 נמכרה הסדרה למפיק ההוליוודי ג'רי ברוקהיימר.
