אמבוש (או בשמה הנוסף בעונה השנייה "אמבוש אקסטרים") היא תוכנית מתיחות ישראלית בהנחייתו של עופר שכטר. בעונתה הראשונה בשנת 2013 שודרה בערוץ 10, ובעונתה השנייה בשנת 2020 שודרה ברשת 13. בין השנים 2014–2015 שודרה התוכנית בשידור חוזר בערוץ הוט בידור ישראלי. החל משנת 2018 התוכנית משודרת בשידורים חוזרים בערוץ Zoom.
