Jeg mot meg er en norsk dokumentarserie i to sesonger som ble vist på NRK i 2016 og 2018, om åtte unge mennesker som slet med angst, ensomhet, treningsforstyrrelser og rusproblemer. I serien møttes de jevnlig gjennom åtte uker til samtaleterapi med psykolog Peder Kjøs, og dokumenterte i tillegg sine psykiske utfordringer gjennom videodagbøker. Serien var produsert for NRK.
