Nhanh như chớp (tiếng Anh: Lightning Quiz Vietnam) là một trò chơi truyền hình do Đài Truyền hình Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và công ty Đông Tây Promotion phối hợp sản xuất, dựa trên chương trình Pritsana Fah Laep (tiếng Thái: ปริศนาฟ้าแลบ, tiếng Anh: Lightning Quiz) của Thái Lan. Các thí sinh sẽ phải vượt qua những câu hỏi đố mẹo, kiến thức, đố chữ để giành chiến thắng. Chương trình bắt đầu phát sóng từ ngày 7 tháng 4 năm 2018 trên HTV7.
