דוז פואה (הסדרה ממותגת בצרפתית: Douze Points) היא מיני-סדרה ישראלית שהופקה לקראת אירוויזיון 2019 בתל אביב אשר עלתה לשידור ב-22 מאי 2019 בכאן 11 ובערב שבין ה-18 ל-19 במאי בערוץ היוטיוב של "כאן", מיד לאחר שידור גמר האירוויזיון. הפרק הראשון של הסדרה שודר גם בכאן 11 ב-19 במאי, לאחר שידור חי של התוכנית ערב טוב אירופה שליווה את תוצאות האירוויזיון והתארך אל מעבר ללוח השידורים המתוכנן. ב-26 במאי 2019, הסדרה נמכרה לרשות השידור בצרפת. זכות ההפצה נרכשה על ידי נורה מלהלי (Nora Melhli) מבית ההפצה ALEF ONE.
