Verta, hikeä ja T-paitoja (Blood, Sweat and T-shirts) on suomalainen dokumenttisarja, joka perustuu samannimiseen brittiläiseen sarjaan. Suomalainen versio julkaistiin Yle Areenassa maaliskuussa 2020. Ohjelmassa Maiju Voutilainen, Sandra Hagelstam, Joona Puhakka ja Veikko Seppälä matkustivat Myanmariin tutustumaan paikalliseen vaateteollisuuteen. Ohjelmaa juonsi Susani Mahadura. Ohjelma voitti toukokuussa 2021 parhaan seurantarealityohjelman Kultaisen Venlan. Sarjan käsikirjoittaja Sirpa Leskelä palkittiin vuoden viihde ja events -käsikirjoittajana.
