《中年好聲音》（英語：Midlife, Sing & Shine!）是由香港電視廣播有限公司製作的中年音樂選秀節目，為《中年好聲音系列》第一季。前奏節目《中年好聲音 向夢想再出發》於2022年11月5日及11月12日於翡翠台播出，由車婉婉擔任主持，正式比賽則由2022年11月27日至2023年4月23日於翡翠台播出。節目由「馬百良安宮牛黃丸」贊助播出。 北美OTT由TVBAnywhere North America自2022年11月26日起同步更新。 最終周吉佩奪得冠軍，李佳奪得亞軍，而羅啟豪奪得季軍。龍婷則奪得「觀眾最愛好聲音」獎。 (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
