The catalogue in 3D
The film shelves have a room of their own that you can walk around in. The cat behind the counter is the AI Catbot, and they pick real films from the same catalogue when you tell them what you feel like watching. Nothing is for sale, here or in there. Go in from here and this series is already out on the counter, with more like it waiting on the shelf next to it.
How it feels
Eleven people try to survive alone in the wilds of Canada with minimal gear. They film themselves and can quit whenever they want. The last person left wins a cash prize.

What happens
Alone UK is a British survival reality television competition show based on the original U.S. show of the same name and has aired on Channel 4 from 6 August to 10 September 2023. It follows the self-documented daily struggles of 11 individuals as they survive alone in Canadian wilderness for as long as possible using a limited amount of survival equipment. The participants are isolated from each other and all other humans, with the participants having to self-document and film their experiences themselves. They may "tap out" at any time or be removed due to failing a medical check-in. The contestant who remains the longest wins a grand prize of £100,000. On 17 April 2024, Channel 4 confirmed the cancellation of the programme after airing just one series. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
