Anne Shirley (Japanese: アン・シャーリー, Hepburn: An Shārī) is a Japanese anime television series produced by The Answer Studio and directed by Hiroshi Kawamata. It is based on the first three Anne of Green Gables novels by Lucy Maud Montgomery, specifically the 1952 translation by Hanako Muraoka. The series aired from April to September 2025.
