חוליגנים היא סדרת מתח ישראלית שנוצרה על-ידי לי גילת (שכתבה את התסריט וגם ביימה את הסדרה), יובל ברונשטיין, יזהר הר-לב ואסתר נמדר תמאם. הסדרה שודרה החל מ-9 ביוני ועד 19 ביולי 2025 בכאן 11. הסדרה נמכרה עוד לפני שידורה לשתי רשתות טלוויזיה אירופיות – CANAL+ בצרפת ו-SWR/ARD בגרמניה. לאחר סיום העונה הראשונה והביקורות הטובות ההגיעו לסדרה, בסוף 2025 התרחש כנס של כאן 11 בו הוכרזו פרויקטים עתידיים כגון העונה השישית של הסדרה המצליחה ״קופה ראשית״ וסרט לה. בכנס זה הוקרן סרטון קצר שמאוחר יותר עלה לעמוד היוטיוב של כאן, ובו נראית הכרזה רשמית לכך שתצא עונה שנייה לסדרה במהלך שנת 2026.
