Vals Spel is een Nederlands reality-spelprogramma dat sinds december 2025 te zien is op streamingdienst Videoland en vanaf juli 2026 alsnog door televisiezender RTL 4 werd uitgezonden. Het programma is gebaseerd op het Zuid-Koreaanse programma 피의 게임 (ook wel bekend als Game of Blood of Bloody Game).
