مسلسل مصري من 3 أجزاء وتتناول القصة الدرامية الأحداث السياسية في مصر بداية من حُكم الملك فؤاد، ومن بعده الملك فاروق، تعرض القصة الصراعات في الحرب العالمية الأولى، وحركة المقاومة الشعبية ضد المستعمر البريطاني، وحتى وفاة عبد الناصر سنة 1970. وهو مسلسل عربي ضخم حيث شارك فيه ما يزيد عن 350 ممثل وممثلة مختلفين، وكان من المقرر أن يتم عمل جزء رابع له والذي يحكي عن فترة حكمه السادات منذ توليه سنة 1970 وحتى مقتله في أكتوبر 1981 ولكن لم يتم لأسباب مجهولة (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
