How it feels

Starting in 1985, a military medical team is sent to assist a railway construction unit, forming bonds with the soldiers. After a tragedy, the team members separate and start new lives, dealing with careers, mental illness, and changing relationships over the next two decades. Their past connection is preserved at a converted guesthouse named Buyu Mountain Villa.

《你迟到的许多年》（英語：The Years You Were Late），2018年中国时代剧。本剧改编自作家严歌苓的小说《补玉山居》，由黄晓明、殷桃、秦海璐、曹炳琨领衔主演，湖南卫视于2018年9月28日首播。 1985年，軍區醫療小組奉命救助正在施工關鍵階段的鐵道兵某部三連，醫療小組中心莫莉、趙益勤、文婷、王劍雲、曾補玉，從此和三連的戰士結下不解之緣，但這場邂逅以三連董向前的意外身亡暫告段落。幾年後，他們轉業並開始新生活。三連連長沐建峰和莫莉重逢後感情升溫，王劍雲與文婷也談婚論嫁。但文婷卻發現患有遺傳性精神病，她主動離開。沐建峰自愧不如莫莉，也悄然離去下海經商，娶了趙益勤。1998年，改革浪潮中，曾補玉受作家週在鵬啟發將住所改造成補玉山居，戰友們偶爾到這裡來追憶當年。數年過去，王劍雲離婚尋回文婷再續前緣。沐建峰離婚，趙益勤尋到了新的人生伴侶。此時的補玉山居在市場大潮中即將被淘汰，但它卻永遠記載著這幾個戰友近半生的情緣和最純真的情感。 该剧起初是安徽卫视2018年节目招商巡礼的电视剧之一，后湖南卫视截胡买断该剧的全国首轮首映权。因湖南广电处于巡视整改期间，按照湖南省委需求，原定于2018年12月开播的本剧提前调档到2018年9月28日开播，前档剧《凉生，我们可不可以不忧伤》调档至青春进行时剧场继续播出。 (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
