What happens
The Voice of Finland: Senior on alun perin hollantilaiseen formaattiin perustuva ohjelma, jonka suomalaista versiota on esitetty Nelosella. Ohjelmassa kilpailevat 60–84-vuotiaat seniorit. Ohjelma on senioreille kehitetty versio The Voice of Finland -formaatista. Kilpailu eroaa The Voice of Finland -ohjelmasta siten, että se on lyhyempi ja kukin kilpailija saa esitystensä jälkeen palautetta. Kilpailu etenee ensin Ääni ratkaisee -vaiheesta Knockoutteihin. Seuraavaksi on semifinaali, jossa selviää ketkä kolme parasta kustakin tähtivalmentajan tiimistä pääsevät finaaliin, joka käydään liveyleisön edessä Logomolla. Lopulta voittajan päättää liveyleisö. Ohjelman toistaiseksi ainoaa kautta on juontanut Heikki Paasonen ja Elina Kottonen. Kaudella tähtivalmentajina toimivat myös The Voice of Finlandin tähtivalmentajina toimineet Tarja Turunen ja Michael Monroe sekä laulaja Ressu Redford.
