『めざせ! ムショラン三ツ星 刑務所栄養士、今日も受刑者とクサくないメシ作ります』（めざせ ムショランみつぼし けいむしょえいようし、きょうもじゅけいしゃとクサくないメシつくります）は、黒栁桂子による日本のノンフィクション作品。 著者は何も知らず刑務所の炊場に配属され、調理経験のほとんどない受刑者たちとともに給食作りを行うことになる。刑務所では受刑者自身が刑務作業の一環として食事を作っており、炊事班は多数の食事を限られた人員で調理する重労働を担う。 本書では、冷凍コロッケが爆発する、食材の扱い方が分からないといった初心者ゆえのトラブルや珍事件を交えつつ、より美味しく健康的な「クサくないメシ」を目指す取り組みが描かれる。また、「どんぶりぜんざい」など刑務所で人気のメニューや、低予算で工夫されたレシピも紹介されている。 腕利きのイタリアンシェフとして名を馳せた銀林葉子は、レストランオーナーの売上横領をきっかけに店が廃業となり、男子刑務所の管理栄養士として働くことになる。 「少しでも更生につながる食事を」という信念のもと、葉子は料理初心者の受刑者たちとともに炊場での給食作りに挑む。戸惑いや衝突を繰り返しながらも、食を通じて受刑者たちと向き合い、交流を深めていく。 (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
