Vila Faia é a primeira telenovela portuguesa. Foi transmitida na RTP1 entre 10 de maio e 28 de setembro de 1982 em horário nobre. A realização esteve a cargo de Nuno Teixeira e, o argumento a cargo de João Alves da Costa e do seu mestre Francisco Nicholson. Foi substituída por Origens na grelha da RTP1.
