旗本退屈男（はたもとたいくつおとこ）は1973年（昭和48年）10月2日から1974年（昭和49年）3月26日まで東映制作、NETテレビ（現：テレビ朝日）で放送されたテレビ時代劇である。 映画で1930年（昭和5年）の松竹キネマ時代から1963年（昭和38年）の東映時代まで「旗本退屈男」を主演した市川右太衛門が10年ぶりにテレビでの主演としての登場となり話題を集めた。テレビ・映画だけでなく舞台まで演じてきた。 2010年（平成22年）8月から時代劇専門チャンネルで放映している。 (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
