Napakymppi on alun perin vuosina 1985–2002 ja uudelleenlämmitettynä 2017–2019 esitetty television parisuhdevisailu, jossa kilpailijat koettivat kysymysten avulla selvittää, kuka kolmesta ehdokkaasta oli heille sopivin kumppani. Ohjelma perustui Yhdysvalloissa 1960-luvulla kehitettyyn formaattiin nimeltä The Dating Game. Ensimmäisellä kaudella juontajana toimi Markus Similä, minkä jälkeen ohjelmaa juonsi 17 vuoden ajan Kari Salmelainen. Uudelleenlämmitetyssä ohjelmassa juontajana toimi Janne Kataja.
