How it feels

A newspaper reporter is attacked on his way home from covering a traffic accident. The truck he is riding in plunges into the sea, but he survives and is rescued. When the police dismiss the incident as a drunk driving accident, no one believes his story. He sets out on his own to investigate what really happened.
