《換命真相》（英語：Take Two），前名《逆襲人生》，為香港電視廣播有限公司拍攝製作的時裝穿越懸疑電視劇，由譚俊彥及鄧佩儀領銜主演，並由張頴康、朱敏瀚、蔣家旻及劉佩玥聯合演出。編審馬俊縈，監製黃偉聲。 此劇是2021無綫節目巡禮十四部劇集之一，是由象牙世家筷子工藝品贊助，亦為無綫電視邁向55週年四部台慶劇之一。 就本劇結局交代劇情為小說引起的爭議，編審馬俊縈在其個人微博發表此劇另一個結局。 此劇是鄧佩儀首次擔任第一女主角的作品，亦為其在無綫電視的告別作。 此劇男主角譚俊彥在《萬千星輝頒獎典禮2021》獲得「最佳男主角」及「馬來西亞最喜愛TVB男主角」獎，成為雙料視帝。另外，朱敏瀚亦獲得「最佳男配角」獎。 (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
