《廉政英雄》為臺灣民視長壽電視劇，2005年由中華民國法務部開始規劃，2010年與民視達成拍攝計畫。本劇為慶祝中華民國建國百年特別籌拍，本劇各單元內容來自法務部提供「檢察故事」入選稿件及臺灣各地方法院檢察署案例作為製作參考與法律諮詢。 該劇由翊華傳播製作，1993年華視八點檔連續劇《包青天》導演孫樹培掌鏡，民視《新兵日記》編劇統籌李信邦執筆。於2011年6月28日開鏡，2011年7月21日正式開拍，2016年3月29日殺青。 《廉政英雄》的用意是在警惕世人「法網恢恢，疏而不漏」的觀念，不要仗著自己在社會上的地位、身分崇高而去做壞事，一旦做壞事就該接受法律制裁。本劇為民視開台以來繼《親戚不計較》、《藍色水玲瓏》之後第三部播出時間已高達四年、也是民視週五10點檔大戲繼《藍色水玲瓏》之後第二部長壽劇，全劇總共235集，於2016年4月8日播出最終回。 (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
