داستان یک شهر، سریالی به تهیهکنندگی و کارگردانی اصغر فرهادی است که در دو فصل تهیه شده است گروه جدیدی برنامهساز، شامل چند جوان با روحیات مختلف است، که تولید برنامهٔ «در شهر» (از برنامههای اجتماعی شبکهٔ تهران) را در دست گرفته، و در هر برنامه با پرداختن به موضوعی، گزارش تهیه میکنند، که این گزارش آنها را با داستانی پیوند میدهد.
