Pokerimestari 2006 oli syksyllä 2006 MTV3-kanavalla esitetty pokeriohjelma, jossa seurattiin No Limit Texas hold ’em -pokeriturnausta. Ohjelmassa pokeriammattilaiset, amatööripelaajat sekä julkkikset kilpailivat Suomen taitavimman pokerin pelaajan tittelistä. Voittajalle oli luvassa loppusyksystä matka Las Vegasiin World Poker Tourin turnaukseen. Ohjelmaa juonsi Tomi Tuominen ja kommenttaattorina toimi Ville Wahlbeck.
