Trom agus Éadrom (Irish pronunciation: [ˈt̪ˠɾˠʊmˠ ˌaɡəsˠ ˈeːd̪ˠɾˠəmˠ]; meaning "Heavy and Light") is an Irish television variety show which was broadcast bilingually in Irish and English by Raidió Teilifís Éireann between 1975 and 1985.
