《青春不要臉》（英語：Freedom Memories，中国内地名為《青春训练班》），為香港電視廣播有限公司拍攝製作的時裝青春勵志倫理喜劇電視劇，由余德丞、丁子朗、劉穎鏇及戴祖儀領銜主演，並由伍樂怡、林正峰、游嘉欣、孔德賢、謝可逸、戴耀明、江欣燕及陳嘉輝聯合演出，編審黎倩儀，監製潘嘉德、林肯。台灣於2022年1月18日起由myVideo播出，LiTV 線上影視同步跟播上架。 此劇是TVB攜手創無限節目博覽2022十四部劇集之一，及後成為無綫電視2022年賀歲劇之一。此節目由億世家電器贊助，為TVB New Wings Limited第十一部推出的劇集。 此劇以1980年代的香港電視行業作為故事背景，劇中若干角色之設定亦以當時的電視台藝員作為藍本。 (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
