Grande Sertão : Veredas est une mini-série brésilienne produite par Rede Globo et diffusée du 18 novembre au 20 décembre 1985, intégrant les célébrations du 20e anniversaire de la chaîne. Écrite par Walter George Durst, librement inspiré du roman du même nom de Guimarães Rosa et écrit en collaboration avec José Antônio de Souza, elle a un scénario final et une mise en scène de Walter Avancini, avec l'aide de Luiz Fernando Carvalho.
