This is a 2016 Iranian TV series about everyday life and social matters. It follows various characters in a community as they navigate personal and family challenges. The show was produced for the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting and aired on Channel 2.

آرام میگیریم سریال سال ۱۳۹۵ صدا و سیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران و به کارگردانی روحالله سهرابی، نویسندگی روحالله سهرابی، سید مرتضی مصطفوی، فریدون فرهودی و فروغ فروهیده و تهیهکنندگی فرهاد گلی است که در سال ۱۳۹۵ تولید و از شبکه دو سیما پخش شد. این مجموعه در ۵۰ قسمتِ ۴۵ دقیقهای با همکاری بنیاد فرهنگی روایت تولید شد. نقدها و نظرات بسیاری دربارهٔ آن در رسانههای ایران نوشته و منتشر شد. این سریال آخرین کار بازیگری حسن جوهرچی بود زیرا که او در اواسط فیلمبرداری این سریال درگذشت.
