The 3D catalogue: film cases on wooden shelves, with the cat sitting at the counter next to its greeting.

The catalogue in 3D

The film shelves have a room of their own that you can walk around in. The cat behind the counter is the AI Catbot, and they pick real films from the same catalogue when you tell them what you feel like watching. Nothing is for sale, here or in there. Go in from here and this series is already out on the counter, with more like it waiting on the shelf next to it.

What happens

Big Brother China, also referred to as Housemates, Let's Stay Together (Chinese: 室友一起宅, Shìyǒuyìqǐzhái), was the Chinese version of the international reality television franchise Big Brother created by producer John de Mol Jr. in 1997. The only season of the series known as the Pilot Season was pre-recorded in September 2015 and streamed exclusively online by Youku and Tudou on 21 November 2015. The winner was Tan Xiangjun who won an endorsement contract to be a contestant on the first season worth CNY 10 million. However, the first season was never produced. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
