Inhimillinen tekijä on vuosina 1997–2017 esitetty suomalainen asiapitoinen keskusteluohjelma. Ohjelman erikoistuneina toimittajina toimivat vuoroviikoin haastattelijat Anne Flinkkilä ja Sari Valto. Alun perin Flinkkilän työparina toimi Helena Itkonen, joka juonsi viimeisen lähetyksensä lokakuussa 2010. Ohjelmaa esitettiin alun perin Yle TV2 -kanavalla.
