How it feels
A mainland Chinese prostitute arrives in Hong Kong on a tourist visa and feels invisible in the city. She crosses paths with three other immigrants: a lift operator who lost her leg, her boyfriend who works at a failing porn video shop, and a lift repairer who plays pranks on radio phone-ins. Their lonely lives intersect in cramped and seedy places around the city.
