This special takes place 100 years after Dragon Ball GT. Pan is an elderly woman and the granddaughter of Son Goku. Her great-great-grandson Goku Jr. is timid and lacks courage. After Pan has a heart attack, Goku Jr. sets out with a school bully to find the four star Dragon Ball, hoping it can save her. Along the way he discovers his own bravery and hidden strength.
