How it feels
In 1920s Shanghai, a pawnshop run by Si Jiali secretly helps women who have been wronged by delivering vigilante justice. Their actions put them in conflict with Detective Zhou Mu, who believes in following the law. As the detective investigates the pawnshop, an old cold case connected to everyone begins to surface.
