How it feels

In 1924, a baby girl is found abandoned at a small country station in Hokkaido. She is raised by the station master who believes she is a gift from his late wife. At age ten she learns the truth about her origins and starts a search for her own identity, set against the backdrop of Japan's railroad and industrial growth.
