Sin un adiós es una película española dirigida por Vicente Escrivá y estrenada en 1970. Protagonizada por el cantante Raphael, es la tercera y última película que rodó bajo las órdenes de Escrivá. En esta ocasión, la protagonista femenina es la actriz británica Lesley-Anne Down, quien años más tarde alcanzaría fama mundial con series como Arriba y Abajo o Norte y Sur.
