Karen fra Gruben er en dansk stum melodramafilm i westerngenren fra 1913 produceret af Oscar Emanuel Nathansohns The Copenhagen Film Co. efter manuskript af O.E. Nathansohns søn Miljam Nathansohn. Filmens instruktør er ukendt. Filmen er en af de første film, der blev produceret af O.E. Nathansohns nystiftede aktieselskab The Copenhagen Films Co. A/S. Filmen blev indspillet i Faxe Kalkbrud i juli og august måned 1913 under stor lokal tilskuerinteresse. Det Danske Filminstitut angiver, at filmen havde dansk biografpremiere den 26. december 1913 i The Copenhagen Films Co.’s egen biograf, Biografen på Gammel Kongevej på Frederiksberg.
