What happens

Ranabaali is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language historical action drama film directed by Rahul Sankrityan and co-written by Pramod Tammineni. Jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers and T-Series Films, the film stars Vijay Deverakonda in the titular role alongside Rashmika Mandanna and South African actor Arnold Vosloo, of The Mummy (1999) fame. Set against a 19th-century historical backdrop, the film explores unorganized resistance movements that emerged during British colonial rule between 1854 and 1878, specifically surrounding the Great Famine of 1876–1878 in the Rayalaseema region. The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on 11 September 2026, alongside dubbed versions in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
