Bayangan Maut (juga dikenali sebagai The Shadow of Death untuk pasaran antarabangsa) ialah filem aksi Malaysia tahun 1991 dan dibintangi oleh Noorkumalasari serta Yusof Haslam yang juga selaku pengarah filem ini. Filem ini ditayangkan pada 1 Januari 1991 dan ia merupakan filem sulung arahan Yusof terbitan Skop Productions. Ia juga merupakan satu daripada tiga filem terakhir lakonan A. Rahim sebelum meninggal dunia pada 1992. Bayangan Maut menerima dua anugerah di Festival Filem Malaysia ke-9 bagi kategori Suntingan Terbaik dan Anugerah Khas Juri dan penyertaan di Festival Filem Antarabangsa Pyongyang ke-3 di Pyongyang, Korea Utara.
